2. Account Registration & Security

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to participate. Players are permitted to open only one account; creating duplicate accounts will result in immediate closure and the confiscation of funds. You must provide accurate, verifiable personal details. Furthermore, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials every time you Login to your account. The Company is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from compromised passwords.

3. KYC Verification & Data Protection

To prevent fraud and comply with legal regulations, we reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This becomes mandatory when cumulative transactions reach €500. Acceptable documents include a valid ID, a recent utility bill, and proof of payment. Rest assured, all submitted documents and personal information are strictly protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Legal Restrictions & Prohibited Territories

It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your region. The use of VPNs to mask your location is strictly prohibited. 5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Crypto Payments

  • Deposits: All funds must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. The minimum deposit is €10.

  • Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is €10. Standard maximum limits are €600 per day, €3,000 per week, and €12,000 per month (limits increase for higher VIP tiers up to €40,000 monthly). Progressive jackpot wins are exempt from these limits.

  • Wagering Requirements: To prevent money laundering, all deposited funds must be wagered 3x on slots or 10x on table games (1x for sports bets) before a withdrawal can be approved. Additionally, any active promotional Bonus on your account must be fully cleared before cashing out.

  • Cryptocurrency: Crypto transactions are final and irreversible. Deposits are automatically converted to your fiat account currency (e.g., EUR) via third-party providers. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or blockchain network delays.

6. Player Safety & Account Limits

Gambling should remain a form of entertainment. We strongly advocate for Responsible Gaming and provide tools to help you stay in control, including temporary account blocks and permanent self-exclusion. If your account remains inactive for 12 months, it will be classified as “Dormant.” Please cease playing immediately if you experience adverse health symptoms such as dizziness or blurred vision.

7. Fair Play, Prohibited Actions & Liability

Any form of collusion, fraud, software manipulation, or abusive behavior toward staff will result in the immediate confiscation of funds and account termination. To ensure fair gaming, our maximum liability for any single bet or feature across all game types (excluding progressive jackpots) is capped at €250,000. Furthermore, Betovo is not liable for financial losses caused by internet disruptions, system errors, or misinterpretations of the rules.

8. Disputes & Modifications

Betovo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated rules. If you have a dispute, please contact our support team at support@betavo.org. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your screen and our servers, the server’s Random Number Generator (RNG) logs shall be considered the final and undeniable authority.
